The plant result looks wrong

Open the result and use the Report (flag) button. That sends the details to us for review. AI identification is guidance, not a veterinary diagnosis. If you think your pet ate something toxic, contact your veterinarian or a pet poison hotline right away.

My credits or subscription

There is no account and no login. Your credits and subscription are tied to your device and your App Store / Google Play purchase. If a purchase did not apply, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with your store receipt.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the app:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pet Safety: Plant Checker → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pet Safety: Plant Checker → Cancel.

Deleting my data

Most of your data (pets, saved plants, scan history) lives only on your device, so uninstalling removes it. To also erase the anonymous server-side data tied to your device, use Delete my data in the app's Profile / Settings, or email us.
